Robert Johnson John Ludwig Robert Johnson and John Ludwig have joined the Bank of Clark County’s health care banking team, reports Hunt Coracci, the bank’s senior vice president and commercial and industrial development manager. According to Coracci, the newly created health care banking team will provide specific banking services for all types of health care professionals and organizations, ranging from individual practitioners to medical centers. Johnson has 21 years’ experience in banking. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon and of the Pacific Coast Banking School. Johnson is a member of the board of directors of Portland Habilitation Center, is treasurer of the City Kids Fishing Club, and volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America. Ludwig has 30 years’ experience in medical sales and management. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California. Students create dramatic
skits A one-hour program of short skits and monologues about the impact of HIV/AIDS on women and girls in Clark County will be presented at 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 12, in the Royal Durst Theatre in the Vancouver School of Arts and Academics. The Clark County Public Health Program was produced by the school’s students and is based on interviews with HIV positive women, their spouses, children and friends. The goal of the unusual program is to increase awareness of the unique impact HIV has on women and girls, according to county Public Health spokesperson Beth McGinnis. InterACT program tackles InterACT, the public forum where the audience is the panel, presents a program on cultural differences in Clark County at its noon Thursday, March 1, meeting in the Elections Room in the Clark County Elections Department office, 1408 Franklin Street. There is no charge. Attendees may buy light lunches at the Dragonfly Restaurant a block away in the county Public Service Center, according to InterACT spokesperson Bruce Romanish. News brief Share’s third annual Mardi Gras Gala & Casino Night raised $183,689, bringing the three-year total to over $330,000, for services for the hungry and homeless in Clark County, reports Share executive director Diane Christie. Share, founded in 1977, operates four shelters for the homeless, a transitional housing program and a street outreach program, and provides daily meals for the homeless and low income members of the community.
