Bush ahead in coffee bean poll
President
George W Bush is leading Democratic
presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry by
10 votes in an ongoing poll being conducted at the All American Deli & Ice Cream
Shop in the Westfield Shoppingtown mall, according to deli spokesperson
Jim West.
West, who does not vouch for the
scientific accuracy of the poll, says it will continue through the November
election. According to West, Kerry was leading for the first two weeks of the
poll, then Bush took the lead after the Republican convention.
Deli customers participate in the poll
by dropping a coffee bean into one of three jars. The third jar is
Ralph Nader’s.
The poll as of this morning gives Bush
