Legacy Health System named
a Company that Cares

Legacy Health System has been named to the 2007 Honor Role by The Center for Companies That Care, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of employees and communities.

Legacy, which operates Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital in Clark County, was selected for its efforts to improve quality of life in communities it serves. The Legacy-endowed $10 million community health fund provides at least $500,000 annually on behalf of children in the Vancouver-Portland area. Legacy was also cited for its community service leave program that allows employees to take up to two weeks paid leave to volunteer with community non-profit organizations.
